IKAMCO Administrative Building
The IKAMCO Administrative Building is situated on a plot of approximately 2,400 square meters at kilometer 10 of the Karaj Special Road, adjacent to the Minoo Company. During the initial visit by the Arian MahdeKavosh team, the IKAMCO (Mehvarsazan IranKhodro) administrative building was an unfinished project that had not yet been operational. Therefore, the esteemed client requested a redesign to renovate the complex. This building serves both administrative and commercial purposes and is part of the Iran Khodro automotive company’s administrative facilities. Since the facade and design of an administrative building should reflect the values and identity of a brand and company, we took these elements into account in our design. If you, our esteemed client, wish to see more of Arian MahdeKavosh’s work, please visit the page related to our commercial and administrative complex projects.
Facade Design
The IKAMCO Administrative Building is a two-story structure. To enhance its appearance, vertical lines and frames were used in the facade design in two directions. Louvers were incorporated into the facade design to create framing and help maintain natural light. The facade of this project was executed as a double-skin facade, meaning that a louvered layer was added to the existing windows. The second layer is semi-transparent, which not only beautifies the facade but also serves as a sunshade. The materials used for the facade of this project include aluminum composite and porcelain ceramic. The facade design features the corporate color of Iran Khodro, which is blue. The entrance design of the IKAMCO Administrative Building was inspired by the old logo of Iran Khodro.

Interior Design of the IKAMCO Administrative Building
The redesign of the IKAMCO Administrative Building was another service provided by our team in this project. Given that the structure of the administrative building already existed, we aimed to make the most of the available spaces in the interior redesign. Therefore, in addition to focusing on the lighting of the administrative building, which is a crucial aspect of design, significant attention was given to optimizing the useful interior spaces.
