Renovation of the Crepe Naz factory and redesign of the extension part of the factory

Crepe Naz Factory, a pioneer in the tent and crepe fabric industry, has a long-standing history. The factory’s main building, constructed many years ago, is still in operation today. To enhance efficiency and improve overall performance, the factory’s management engaged Arian Mahd-e kavosh Company for assistance. Following a comprehensive assessment of the facility, our team of experts determined that fundamental changes are necessary to boost productivity and optimize the existing space. It’s noteworthy that Arian Mahd-e kavosh Company has successfully completed numerous factory design projects and the construction of industrial facilities, particularly in the polymer and petrochemical sectors.

Design of the Crepe Naz Factory

Initially, the plan was to design and construct a new section from scratch, ranging from zero to 100. However, after thorough investigations, we discovered that the factory had an old warehouse shed that was being underutilized. Recognizing this opportunity, our team suggested converting the old warehouse shed into a production line facility. This approach would not only reduce the costs of expansion and construction but also save financial resources and time.

The employer of the project welcomed this proposal. Consequently, our team began the first stage of the project by creating a detailed 3D model of the factory’s industrial production line. This modeling was executed with great precision, incorporating even the ladders and tanks within the factory. The 3D model provided the employer with an accurate and comprehensive view of the proposed changes and their implementation.

Thanks to these changes, the Crepe Naz Factory will be able to produce tent and crepe fabrics more efficiently while minimizing additional costs. This project exemplifies successful collaboration between the employer and our consulting team, contributing to the improvement and sustainability of the textile industry in the country.
